1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the process, please contact us at info@peakpulsewear.com.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Modifications must be requested before 8:00 PM (EST).
Our Wyoming address is an administrative office and is NOT a return facility. Returns sent here without approval cannot be processed. Contact us first for the correct return instructions.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Package must be securely wrapped to prevent transit damage.
3. Refunds
Once your return is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Funds will be sent back to your original payment method.
